Dean,
Why not throw out the flares and create and object that well get the same
effect? However, this won't be easy if you want lens reflections on. I
would imagine that the lights will be rotating fast enough so you won't
even be able to tell what is inside of it. Heck, go all out and turn on
motion blur and see what results you get.
